Why Soul Retrieval?
Faith
I have recently been contacted by several people who are in dire need of help. They have lost their direction. They have lost themSELVES. The effects range from suicidal tendencies to psychic attacks to uncharacteristic and ungrounded behaviors.
It has become clear to me that many of us have lost touch with our Selves; our Authentic Selves – our SOULS. In Soul Retrieval, we believe that our souls are all powerful and all knowing. Our souls have been around much longer than our bodies. They have the knowledge of lifetimes and the power that comes along with it. As we quest to recover our soul pieces; we forgive and release ourselves and others. We accept our pains, experiences AND beauty.
As we journey through our lives (and lifetimes), we often get lost in all of the experiences that we encounter. These experiences pile up until we lose touch with our inner selves. The more we lose touch, the more we lose faith. I am not even speaking of Gods or Dieties. I am speaking of our Selves. The further we go away from our selves, the less awareness we have. We lose touch with Mother Earth. We lose touch with the way of the Universe (known by many names, among them, the Tao). As we step away from the “Way” of the Universe, life becomes more difficult. Obstacles clutter our path and we lose our direction. We step away from “knowing” to “thinking.”
With Soul Retrieval and Pan Gu Shengong, we help you to peel back the layers blocking you from your Authentic Self. We help clear you of any demons that you may need to face. We help you to deal with your fears. Fears are what our demons ride in on. Demons find the holes originated by our fears and surf in on them wreaking havoc on us after breaching our castle walls. We help you to find your Authentic Self. Once you find your Authentic Self, you can communicate with your Soul.
Here is an exercise to help you connect with your Authentic Self:
1. Sit with your back straight and upright.
2. Begin breathing in your nose, and out your mouth. With each inhale, bring the energy from the core of the Earth (Mother Earth) up through your body all the way up to the Creator. As you exhale, bring the energy down through your body to the Center of Mother Earth. The Creator has created everything. Mother Earth has given us life, health and even our wealth. As you continue with this breathing, strengthen the beam of light that you will see forming between Mother Earth and the Creator. This is the energy of the Universe.
3. Align yourself (your Chakras) with this beam of light. If you find that any part of your energy body is out of alignment and won’t let the light shine through, align it until you feel the light fill you up. You will see your body light up. You will feel an elevated vibration. Evict any darkness from your being. This light that is growing is your Soul, your Authentic Self.
4. As you brighten, take the time to look at the magic that is your Soul. First you must appreciate. Becoming grateful will follow. This loving attitude will take you far in the Universe. Notice how your Soul is in alignment with the Universe. Here, you can talk with your Soul. Ask a question and LISTEN. From here, your Faith will begin anew.
5. As you expand your Soul and evict any darkness, you are also evicting any outside energy. Your Soul will fill you up and nothing can enter.
Do this exercise often. Coupled with the “War Within” meditation, it will connect you with your Soul while helping you to discern what is your energy and what is not. Ultimately, it will help re-instill your Faith in your Self!
Goal Setting for 2011
“One always has to know when a stage comes to an end. If we insist on staying longer than the necessary time, we lose the happiness and the meaning of the other stages we have to go through.” – Paulo Coelho http://paulocoelhoblog.com/
And so it is THAT time once again. We have all experienced triumphs and defeats in the past year. However, regardless of how we feel about 2010, time, in this reality, continues to move forward. It is time to, as Paulo Coelho would say, “Get off the stage,” and move onto the next one. It is not always easy, but to move forward, one has to “let go” of the past. At the same time, one must retain the lessons learned. As Stevie Wonder said, “Yesterday is the birthplace of today. Today is the birthplace of tomorrow. Tomorrow is the birthplace of forever.” We DO NOT want to be carrying the luggage of our pains with us as we move onto forever!
In Soul Retrieval, we use the “Forgiveness and Release” to let go. We would “forgive and release” 2010 and all of those relationships and experiences that occurred during the past year. Regardless of what tool you use, let go, de-armor, forgive . .whatever – release the past. Move onto 2011 with renewed vigor.
I choose to make every moment count in 2011. Each second that passes is a second that I can never take back. I invite you all to do the same. Let us together make EVERY moment count; starting NOW.
I choose for all of my actions to move me forward in the direction that I would like to go. At the same time, I shall remain vigilant in my pledge to be PRESENT at all times. I will savor every breath of air and experience that I am lucky enough to enjoy.
A great idea after releasing the past would be to set goals for 2011, whether they be personal goals, career goals, life goals, performance goals, sales goals or anything in-between. The philosophy is that the Universe is willing to provide you with anything and everything. We just have to get out of our own way. Also, according to the Bible, “God helps those who help themselves.” You have to work to attain your goals, if they are in alignment with the Creator and Mother Earth, their energies will work with you and make attaining them that much easier.
The idea is to set goals using the famous acronym “S.M.A.R.T.”
S – Specific – well defined & crystal clear
M – Measurable – if you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it!
A – Attainable – a goal should stretch you slightly, but not be impossible to achieve
R – Realistic – a goal should push you, but not break you
T – Timely – set a timeframe
After establishing your goals, Soul Retrieval teaches us to journey for each goal, and clear the path of any obstructions that may be in the way of accomplishing those goals.
As a practitioner of Pan Gu Shengong, I would also go to all 4 corners of my house and do one exercise with the intention of clearing the space of any negative energies so that the road is clear for my journey towards my goals.
10,000 steps begins with the first one. Let’s all take the first one together. Happy New Year! And all the best for a happy, healthy and prosperous 2011!
